The FUCK IT ™ Company is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We take great pride in the fact that your purchase contributes to a worthy cause, and as a result, we only/exclusively offer exchange options in order to continue the positive impact on both our customers and community.  

 

Our Exchange Policy   

Timeframe for Exchanges: 

You have up to 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate an exchange. This time frame allows you to carefully review your purchase and decide if you would like to swap it for another product of equal value. 

 

Eligibility for Exchanges: 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. We understand that some items may need to be opened to assess their suitability, but they should remain in resalable condition. 

 

How to Request an Exchange: 

Contact our Customer Service Team: Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via info@fuckitco.com to initiate the exchange process. They will guide you through the necessary steps. 

 

Provide Order Details:  

Be ready to provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to exchange the item. 

 

Packaging:  

Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, along with any accessories, labels, and documentation. 

 

Shipping:  

After receiving instructions from our Customer Service Team, you can return the item to us. Please ship it to the following address:

Costs and Shipping: 

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.  

 

Processing Time: 

We aim to process exchanges within 10 business days after receiving your item. Please note that the replacement item's availability may affect the processing time. 

 

Exceptions: 

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for exchange. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. 

 

Policy Changes: 

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping and return policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
